New Residents

Welcome to the Neighborhood! If you have recently moved into Kingston Chase, you are in for a treat! Our neighborhood is full of active community members who provide support and energy for a host of HOA clubs and committees.

ARC

The Architectural Review Committee, composed of volunteer neighbors, strives to ensure that our HOA Guidelines are adhered to and that homes meet the community standards of appearance and maintenance. All exterior improvements and changes, such as the addition of a new fence or shed, or a change in the roof or siding color, must be approved by the ARC before work can commence.

Swim Team

Kingston Chase has an exceptional swim team that begins training in early June and competes throughout July with other league members in the Herndon area.

KCHOA finances are managed by the volunteer Board of Directors.
