2024 HOA Assessment
Homeowners are reminded that the annual KCHOA 2024 assessment – in the amount of $425– is due April 1. The information sheet should be returned with your payment. Please mail payment and the information sheet to: KCHOA, P.O. Box 332, Herndon, VA 20172.

If you choose to pay with a credit card online, you will be charged $437.55 = $425.00 + $12.55 in credit card processing fees.

Due to several factors, not all HOA Annual Assessment notifications went out at the same time this year. Some notifications went out later than expected, which is resulting in less time than usual before payment is due. As a one-time exception, late fees on this year’s HOA assessments will not be applied until after May 1st.
As a reminder, the pool will be opening over Memorial Day weekend, and the annual assessment must be paid in order to use the pool facilities.
