If you are selling your Kingston Chase home, you or a real estate agent must purchase the KCHOA "Seller's Packet" for closing. Each packet is $125. Additionally, an ARC evaluation to ensure your property is in compliance must be completed BEFORE release of the packet.

Annual 4th of July Parade - Saturday, July 4


The Annual Kingston Chase 4th of July Parade will kick-off at 10 a.m. on July 4th!
Decorate your bikes, strollers, kids and dogs and meet at 9:45 a.m. in front of Clearview Elementary School. The procession will head up Builders Road, turn right on Sadlers Wells, turn right on Nureyev Lane and end at the tennis court. Adult Pool Party - Saturday, July 18

The eagerly anticipated Adult Pool Party will be held on Saturday, July 18, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  The open bar includes a full-service bartender for mixed drinks and cocktails as well as sangria, KCHOA Homebrew Contest beers, and other beers to choose from. Dinner will include a whole hog smoked on a rotisserie on site, plus there will be an assortment of sides, appetizers, vegetarian options, and desserts. A live band - "Split String Soup" - will perform beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets are $15 per person. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. To purchase tickets, contact Andrew Cassell by e-mail at or phone 703-468-1782. Please also contact Andrew if you can help with set-up, clean-up, and the countless preparations required to put this fun event together.

Pool Open


The Kingston Chase pool opened for the 2015 swim season on Saturday, May 23. This marked the official beginning of summer (and the official end to winter!). Please make sure a photo of family and/or resident members is on file at the pool house. E-mail Lydia Olechna at kchoa.mgmt@gmail with any questions.

Monday thru Friday:  4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday:  11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Sunday:  11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.


June 20 thru September 7

Sunday thru Thursday:  11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday and Saturday:  11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Independence Day and Labor Day:  11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.


September 11 thru 13

Friday:  4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday:  11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.


The pool will close early or open late on days where swim meets, swim events, or Kingston Chase pool parties are scheduled. The Herndon Olympics will be held at Kingston Chase all day on July 10. Visit the pool bulletin board for specifics.

The Conservation Corps announced the winners of its 2014 “Nature in Kingston Chase” Photography Contest on its website at The club received over 50 entries of some beautiful (and colorful!) scenes.

Girl Scouts Help Spruce Up the Butterfly Garden


Kingston Chase Girl Scouts assist Conservation Corps chairperson Jane Hampson in the removal of winter debris and weeds from the Butterfly Garden. The scouts also helped plant summer annuals and distribute new mulch throughout the garden. Everyone had a wonderful time and learned new skills regarding garden maintenance and flower planting. 


Thank you to Jane for always doing such an amazing job with the kids,

and for having a heart for gardening and children that blooms year round.
