If you are selling your Kingston Chase home, you or a real estate agent must purchase the KCHOA "Seller's Packet" for closing. Each packet is $125. Additionally, an ARC evaluation to ensure your property is in compliance must be completed BEFORE release of the packet.

Nature Photography Contest Winners Announced

 

The Conservation Corps announced the winners of its 2014 “Nature in Kingston Chase” Photography Contest on its website at kcconservation.blogspot.com. The club received over 50 entries of some beautiful (and colorful!) scenes.

 

Easter Egg Hunt

 

The annual Kingston Chase Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, March 29, beginning at noon. All are invited to come to the pool parking lot to enjoy the early spring season with a good ole' fashion egg hunt.  Bring a basket and your camera!  The Easter Bunny will be there also, handing out treats and posing for pictures.

 

Conservation Corps Spring Events

 

The Conservation Corps will hold the following spring events: (1) Spring Garden Cleaning (in conjunction with the Folly Lick Stream Cleanup) on April 11 from 9:00 a.m. until noon. (2) Annual Earth Day in Kingston Chase on April 25 from 9:30 a.m. until noon. (3) Redesign and improvement of the Butterfly Garden.

 

Second Annual Kingston Chase Brew Fest and Pie Contest!

 

Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day with friends and neighbors at the second annual Kingston Chase Home Brew Making and Tasting Competition and Pie Contest! The event will take place on Saturday, March 14, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the pool parking lot. Whether you are a seasoned home-brewer or plan to give it a try for the first time, please contact Andrew Cassell at me@andrewcassell.com for contest details and to register as a contestant. All beer types are welcome! The added Pie Contest is to inspire cooks of all ages to participate as well. There will be prizes, pretzels, and other tasty food to enjoy. Celebrate the coming spring with this fun Kingston Chase event.

Girl Scouts Help Spruce Up the Butterfly Garden

 

Kingston Chase Girl Scouts assist Conservation Corps chairperson Jane Hampson in the removal of winter debris and weeds from the Butterfly Garden. The scouts also helped plant summer annuals and distribute new mulch throughout the garden. Everyone had a wonderful time and learned new skills regarding garden maintenance and flower planting. 

 

Thank you to Jane for always doing such an amazing job with the kids,

and for having a heart for gardening and children that blooms year round.

All reservations must be confirmed prior to the activity commencing, even for internal HOA business. Refer to the 2015 calendar for currently reserved times, but keep in mind the calendar is subject to change at any time. also online.
