Folly Lick Stream Cleanup
April 14
was a very productive trash pick-up in Folly Lick Park, thanks
in large part to the great weather and 20 volunteers who helped
with the cleanup. The volunteers gathered about 30 bags of trash
and recyclables, including two tires, a pair of crutches, a car
battery, some lumber, and various pieces of rusty iron. The
volunteers came from Kingston Chase, Hiddenbrook, Herndon, and a
large turnout from the high school Keyettes. Thanks to all who
came out to help clean up the park. It looks great!
