Selling your Kingston Chase home?

If you are selling your Kingston Chase home, you or a real estate agent must purchase the KCHOA "Seller's Packet" for closing. Each packet is $125. Additionally, an ARC evaluation to ensure your property is in compliance must be completed BEFORE release of the packet.

Leaf Burning

Open leaf burning is NOT allowed in Fairfax County without a permit. Leaves must be
bagged and removed by the homeowner's trash service. For questions about open
burning or to apply for a burn permit, call the county Fire Inspections Branch at
703-246-4849. To report a complaint about open burning, call Fairfax County
Department of Public Safety Communications (DPSC) any time at 703-691-2131.

Annual Meeting of the Homeowners - December 14
The Annual Meeting of the Homeowners will be held on Monday, December 14,
at the Kingston Chase clubhouse. The annual Board of Directors election will take
place and the Board will vote on adopting the proposed 2016 budget. Additionally,
the meeting will include discussions on planned activities, ARC issues, club and
committee reports, and other HOA matters or interests. All residents are encouraged
to attend. The meeting will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.
Any homeowner who would like to be included on the ballot to serve a 3-year
term on the Board of Directors is asked to e-mail a brief bio by Sunday, 
November 15, to Board members that will 
serve on the nominating committee include Kerry Buss, Erin Sager, and
 Todd Waldrop. Please e-mail any of these Board members if you have

Scouting for Food is an annual program of the Boy Scouts of America that collects food for local food banks. This year the Cub Scouts of Pack 1570 will be distributing bags to Kingston Chase residents on Saturday, November 7. If you would like to donate non-perishable food items, please leave your items in the provided bag (or another bag or box marked as 'food donation') and the scouts will pick up the donations on Saturday, November 14.  Thank you!
