VDOT will be milling and paving Kingston Chase
for approximately two weeks from November 18-30.
Door hangers are being placed on house doors 72 hours in advance of work
commencing on their streets. The VDOT work week runs Monday-Saturday.
No milling and paving will occur Thursday and Friday, November 28-29, for the
Thanksgiving holiday. Residents may park on the street on Sundays, the two holiday
days, and over night. Please remove vehicles at all other times while work is underway.
VDOT will knock on doors where cars are on the street, but will then have them towed
around the corner to another street in the neighborhood. (It is unknown if the resident
will be charged for towing.) Minimal striping will occur at stop signs and cross walks.
Board of Director Elections
Chase will hold its Annual Meeting of the Homeowners on
December 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse adjacent to the
pool. At this meeting, annual Board of Director elections
are also held.
