Welcome to the
Neighborhood
!
If you have
recently moved into Kingston Chase, you are in for a treat! Our
neighborhood is full of active volunteers who provide support and energy
for a host of HOA clubs and committees, and who serve at our local
schools, churches, Scout organizations, Optimist Clubs, and as coaches
for our youth athletic teams. Neighbors are committed to making Kingston
Chase a great place to live. If you would like to
join an existing club or committee, please refer to the
Contacts link
for contact information and
feel free to let your desires be known.
The
Welcome Packet includes additional
information about our neighborhood and community, including a
database sheet that should be
completed and returned. Having updated contact information on file ensures
that residents are added to the mailing list to receive neighborhood
correspondence including the monthly
newsletter, HOA annual
assessment notices, letters from the Architectural Review Committee, and
other such information.
Contact Silvio
Krvaric, KCHOA President, at 703-593-9899 or via e-mail at
