The
Kingston Chase Swimming Pool
The
swimming pool is located at 1623 Hiddenbrook Drive, within an
easy walk or bicycle ride of most homes. Adults, teens, and
children alike agree that the pool is the focal point to the
neighborhood and the highlight of summer activities. Both
amateur and champion swimmers enjoy competing on the swim team,
the Kingston Chase Fighters, while making lasting
memories with their teammates and improving in this vital skill.
The Children's Corner meets at the pool on Fridays around lunch
time to either order pizza or bring a brown bag lunch and watch
the kids play.
Kingston
Chase residents take pride in the pool facilities and family-friendly
atmosphere, while enjoying some relief from the heat of summer.
See the
Pool Rules and Regulations for further details.
The
Kingston Chase Tennis Court
For those
who play tennis, or just aspire to, everyone agrees the tennis court is an enviable amenity
for Kingston Chase residents. Whether an early riser who takes
to the court at sunrise, or someone who enjoys hitting the ball
around when it's 95 degrees, the tennis court is a fun place to
be.
To obtain
the combination to the lock, please contact
Greg or Bonne Arnold at
703-435-3267. Remember
to take any trash and personal belongings with you when you
leave, and please lock the gate securely in order to deter any
unauthorized access and preventable vandalism to the court.
The
Kingston Chase Tot
Lot
The
child-friendly (i.e., no splinters!) tot lot is utilized in warm
summer months during break time at the pool, during seasonably
lovely weather in spring and fall, and even in the depths of
winter there are little ones running around with some
predictability. In addition, nearby Clearview Elementary School
has an excellent playground that serves the community at large
with safe and varied play equipment, soccer and
baseball fields, and basketball courts. |

Dog Day at the Pool is an annual
after-the-pool-has-closed
tradition that is a favorite event for
dogs and dog-owners alike.

The tennis court is an excellent
recreational pastime for adults,
teens, and even youngsters getting
a head start on the sport.

The tot lot is a fun year-round
reprieve for little ones who enjoy
swinging, rocking, climbing,
sliding, and just plain hanging out.
