The Board of
Directors and Committee and Club Chairpersons serve the residents of
Kingston Chase and are eager to be of assistance. Please use the contact
information below, with e-mail being preferable, to address any
questions or concerns you may have.

Board of Directors
The Kingston Chase Board of Directors meets the second Monday of every
month at 7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse adjacent to the pool. All residents
and invited and encouraged to attend.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee meets the first Tuesday of every
month at 7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse adjacent to the pool. Homeowners
wishing to submit an application or discuss their project should attend.

Neighborhood Watch
Neighborhood Watch are those who are the "eyes and ears" of
the neighborhood (all of us!), watching for vandalism or things going
wrong. Reports for
Neighborhood Watch should be sent to Tina Sullivan at 703-478-6631 or
via e-mail at kchoanw@verizon.net.
Please also call the Fairfax County Police non-emergency number
(703-691-2131) to file a report. Dial 911 in an emergency.
